At Freshcite, we want you to be completely satisfied with your vintage finds. If for any reason you’re not happy with your purchase, we offer a straightforward refund and return policy. Please read the following guidelines to understand how we handle returns and refunds.

Eligibility for Returns and Refunds

  • Items must be returned within 30 days of receiving your order.
  • Products must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging or condition.
  • A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns.

How to Return a Product

  1. Contact our support team at info@freshcite.com to request a return authorization.
  2. Ship the item to the return address provided in our reply.
  3. Ensure the item is securely packaged to prevent damage during return shipping.

Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Non-Refundable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Items marked as final sale or non-returnable
  • Vintage items that show signs of use after purchase
  • Gift cards

Exchanges
We currently do not offer exchanges. If you’d like a different product, simply return your item and place a new order.

Shipping Fees
Customers are responsible for return shipping fees unless the item is damaged or incorrect upon arrival.
